From 1.86 million companies to ten good conversations

Everyone doing outbound has the same problem, just in different shapes. Too few leads is rarely the real bottleneck. The real bottleneck is that the good leads are invisible among the bad ones.

The Dutch market alone counts 1.86 million registered companies. Of those, maybe a few thousand fit what you sell. And of those few thousand, only a fraction is currently in a situation where your offer is relevant.

Selection is the work

A good sales engine is mostly a good filter. First the hard criteria: industry, size, region, company age. Then the soft signals: what the website says, whether they are hiring, how the company is developing.

That filtering is exactly what software and AI do well and people cannot sustain. Not because people lack the skill, but because it is dull, repetitive, and endless. Anyone doing this by hand stops after a hundred companies. The platform does a million and does not get tired.

Ten good conversations

The goal of all that data is small and concrete: a handful of good conversations per week with companies where your offer genuinely fits. Ten good conversations beat a thousand sent emails, every single week.

Looked at that way, you start measuring differently. Not how many messages went out, but how many conversations took place and what came out of them. Everything else is means, not ends.
